I believe in eating well and eating a wide variety of food in the right proportions to provide my body with what it needs, and that’s how I pride my little açaí bowls to be (even those I blend at home)! Topped with other superfoods such as chia pudding, honey and a good selection of fruits, I know I’m doing my body good.
